Cancellation

outside 28 days of arrival: Admin fee $30
Cancellations within 14 days: 50% of total booking charged if
accommodation not re-let plus admin fee $30
If re-let Admin fee only applies .
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival i.e. (after 2pm) full charge applies.
